The following is to go into the Lifeform beings' consciousness.
You are allowed to copy and utilize up to 300 "verses", "paragraphs", excerpts without seeking my permission to utilize but not change at the very least the meaning, the idea, the hope, the faith and this is all about Goodness, The Greater Good, and a Good Samaritan mind, values, and hopes. Just one more rule before you copy any passage and or excerpt, you must read the entire document before you borrow anything. I ultimately keep all rights, i.e., copyright rights. The following is a first draft notes excepts copy. It is only notes subject to change get updated and or added to. Not all sentences nor paragraphs are complete. The first Book draft will have 500 pages. Just a note 🎵, all of this is fiction or non-fiction, it depends on what people will think about the thought process going into it and if we all pray about "the good parts" then maybe GOD will make a "Reality" like this true for you and for me, for all of us? 🙏
JRW Universe :
1. Everyone gets to make their peace with GOD. Everyone has an allocation of GOD assigned to them, like a guardian "Angel". I talk to GOD all the time and the following in this document and this folder is what I have both chosen and has been offered to me by GOD. I am not taking any chances. From all my dreams about past lives from many other places and especially my experiences in this life at peer level with other people I have learned many lessons, and I want my own "reality", "dream", "wishes", and offering by GOD I choose all of the following to be either not in my Universe or yes to be part of my Future. young, i.e., I chose my "forever" age to be 21 years old without ever aging anymore.
2. I choose my Universe with three minor universes. My Universe will be the size of the current Milky Way Universe; however, it will not be the current Milky Way Universe. In fact the new Milky Way Universe will be one of the three minor universes in my JRW Universe. There will also be 4 Juperworlds, 2 Juperearths for resources only to spare the beauty of the Juperworlds where people will actually live.
3. This model is for all beings to include the following kinds: human beings, Vulcan beings, Na'vis beings, Andorian beings, Mizarian beings, Bolian beings, El-Aurian beings, Edosian beings, (the rest T.B.A.),
4. Do no harm,
5. DO NOT BE CRUEL,
6. No revenge.
7. It will be highly illegal to get any resources from animal planets, or any planet inhabited by the new AKNB.
8. I might seek some advice from experts in many different fields to help me with what should be in each Juperworld, what we need a lot of in Juperearths, what we don't want in the JRW Universe including things about politics, militaries, fossil fuel dependency, etc.
9. Our main energy resources and sources will be: wave technology, ocean technology, heat from lava, magnetic from the solar system, Juperworld, Juperearth, benevolent sun, ocean tides, moons, habitable space, dams, solar, wind, rain, elements that are not fossil fuels nor hazardous nor fission nor fusion nor nuclear.
10. My JRW Universe will have 5 solar systems, millions of habitable planets, billions of stars, benevolent suns that never expire nor super nova, thousands of moons, two Galaxies, and habitable space.
11. The total size of my Universe would be about the size of the Milky Way Universe as it is now, but very, very, very different.
12. In my Universe we will all call GOD, GG, not "GOD" anymore.
13. No invasive species.
14. No parasites.
15. No pathogens.
16. No viruses.
17. No birth disabilities, nor any other kind of disability you would develop at birth or thereafter. The only kind of disability you could ever get is from an accident or lack of self-preservation.
18. No weeds.
19. No thorns.
20. No poisons.
21. No harmful bacteria.
22. No detrimental plants, foliage, nor animalia to people. No sharks, no orcas, no lion fish, no sea snakes, no poisonous snakes of any type, no dangerous animals of any type. Only "predators" that would only eat meat plants. No wasps, no flies, no cockroaches, no moths, no bees with stingers. All bees would not have a stinger. No alligators. No crocodiles. No cichlids. No poisonous fish. No predator fish. No dangerous jellyfish. No poison ivy. No poison oak. These are examples.
23. No eating any animal nor insect by any person. We would only eat meat-plants which will be explained later in detail.
24. No animal would eat any other animal including any insect, nor any insect eating any other insect.
25. The new AK. The new Animal Kingdom and the end of "The Circle of Life". The Circle of Life is perverse because everything eats everything and everything keeps dying and then only sometimes gets born again. The new AK would be the Animal Kingdom New Balance, i.e., AKNB. It would also have natural absolute population control over any species including people, even for any type of insect or accepted reptile or amphibian. Most insects would not exist anymore along with most reptiles, amphibians, crustaceans, and predators. All the animals including the insects would also eat meat plants and wood; however, not the wood in buildings and people’s homes. There would be no termites.
26. I will explain "meat plants" in greater detail later in this or another document.
27. No undue suffering.
28. No death except from accidents and lack of self-preservation.
29. No aging for people past the age of about 60 years old, then you age backwards. Animals get young again also.
30. Yes to teleprompters and Diamond Technology, this will be explained later in greater detail.
31. In public there must be decency, good manners, courtesies, chivalry, no cussing, no no hate, no violence, no spite, no crime, no premeditated crimes especially.
32. No giving birth until you are in your 30's.
33. No marriage until you are in your 30's.
34. The ratio of women to men in the JRW Universe will be 3-1.
35. The JRW Universe will be surrounded by an invisible Sphere with a visible and impenetrable flow of absolutely fiercely hot lava stream going in circles around the outer Sphere. Nothing can get in and nothing can get out.
36. The JRW Universe is three minor universes, The Milky Way Universe which will be turned into virgin all absolutely benevolent habitable planets, all with great weather, the Andromeda Universe, and the Utopia Universe. More about these three minor universes explained in detail later on.
37. No wars, no nuclear, none, not any. All border disputes and disputes between nations are decided by sports. More about this to follow including the sports and guidelines. No contact sports.
38. The armies of each nation are 80% athletes that could participate in sports for their country and must always be ready. The other 20% are support like cooks, medics, drivers, mechanics, legal, officers, coaches, etc.
39. The infrastructure below the ground would include sewers, recycling conveyor belts, underground trains with "grated" anti-flooding floors for the steps down also even on the foot elevators, cable, telecom, phone, power, trash, fuel between P.M. (Petrol Magic) gas stations, mail routes, truck routes, water testing routes, fresh water.
40. There would be underwater cities with malls, houses, apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, infrastructure also in seas, oceans, and lakes with caves also leading up to the surfaces with safety measures. There would be thousands of different types of benevolent awesome looking colorful coral fish you could see from your windows underwater from your homes and businesses.
41. Lava chutes for trash.
42. Intelligent freeways, truck routes, emergency vehicle dedicated lanes, super speed train tracks, etc.
43. Above ground sky cities with water elevators leading up and Orb parking in the cities.
44. Above ground buildings, skyscrapers with terminals for parking, entering and exiting your Orbs, etc.
45. Salt and saltless oceans.
46. Salt and saltless lakes.
47. 25 different types of fresh pure potable water.
48. Very few and very, very, very small deserts.
49. No places as cold as Antarctica and yet a perfect ozone layer even with full speed and working factories and industry. I.e., P.M. would be the only fuel used. More about P.M. later in this document or accompanying document.
50. No suffering for any animal.
51. Strict laws about any pets.
52. No rodents.
53. The maximum amount of people would be one trillion throughout the entire JRW Universe; however, they would all have to agree to my rules, laws, regulations, examples, and support me no matter what to be chosen and or to stay in the JRW Universe.
54. There would be 5 solar systems in the JRW Universe. In fact the Milky Way Universe would be "broken" up into two to five universes with all the planets revolving around everlasting benevolent suns, etc.
55. There would be no genetic illnesses or defects.
56. There would be no birth defects.
57. There would be no more than one child born at a time, not even twins.
58. The size of all new babies would be the size of a Koala Bear then the baby would grow fast the first year to year and a half to a normal weight and size comparable to modern day births of this earth.
59. There would be no sexually transmitted diseases of any type including from kissing. I.e., no herpes of any kind either.
60. There will be birth control pills for males also, i.e., for teenagers as well.
61. The sex laws are: 1. The sex must be legal, 2. The sex must be consensual, 3. You must utilize birth control until age 30, 4. You must be married to have any natural or adopted children, 5. No crass nor vulgar sex, The sex must not be vulgar nor crass, i.e., no "squirting", i.e., women urinating and passing it as an orgasm, 6. If you are under 21 years old you must ask permission from your parents, 7. Four children per family is enough, after that you must be on birth control again, 8. Approved by parents for sex, teenagers from 15- 21 years of age must be on birth control. Parents must consider the option to put their girls on the pill if they are at high risk of having unprotected sex or even having sex without parental permission.
62. Sex is not the problem. The problem is violence; however, unwanted pregnancies can be a real problem for especially teenagers, and other women that are not financially, and support group ready for a child from an unplanned birth.
63. Don't be a hypocrite.
64. There would be no inner nor outer genitalia diseases, illnesses nor complications.
65. There would be no hot flashes, no yeast infections, no cysts.
66. There would be no gum diseases, no uneven teeth, no tooth decay regardless of how little you brush or not, but you could get bad breath and temporary yellow tinting on the teeth from not brushing that would come right off with regular brushing after that.
67. No cancers of any kind.
68. No leukemia of any kind.
69. There would be no hunger of any kind.
70. There would be no poverty of any kind.
71. There would be no unemployment of any kind.
72. There would be no illiteracy of any kind, English would be the common language.
73. Everyone would have one three acre forever home with appliances, hot and cold running water, utilities, solar, wind, fiber optics cables, and regular electricity, heat, cold, AC, with 5-8 large bedrooms, a garage for three autos, an Orb pad, a Glider and storage. Their home and home resources would not be able to be taxed. There would be naturally growing all kinds of dwarf fruit trees, and meat plants of all kinds in a natural outdoor garden and flower patches.
74. There would be no obesity of any kind regardless of how much you eat.
75. There would be no skin defects of any kind.
76. There would be no blood disorders of any kind.
77. Your purpose as a person in the JRW Universe would be to be born, to grow and be loved, to learn, to go to school, to do hobbies, to have a job, to participate in family events, to fall in love, to get married, to raise children or adopt the "children" "growing backwards in age", to raise a family, to have a lot of clean fun, to spread goodwill, to do recreation, to do exercises, to do sports, to do different jobs and have different careers throughout your first three thousand years of life, to achieve many achievements your peers would praise you for, to be a humanitarian, to be a philanthropist, to contribute to the Greater Good, to be Great not perfect yet Thrive.
78. Love is also the ultimate goal of everything and your individual and commune Purpose and Purposes, i.e., you must all learn to love each other and your family, friends, near and far neighbors. You must be caring, have empathy, sympathy, adoration of one another and each other.
79. The Goals of the JRW Universe would be to fulfill your purpose as a person. To contribute to the Greater Good. To end prejudice, hate, spite, crime, premeditated crime, bullying, to end lies, to end corruption, to end violence, to end abuse, to end envy and end jealousy.
80. If you temporarily pass away, then when you are born again at a certain age you can look in the Teleprompter and find out who you were in a previous life, who your parents were, who your past family and friends were, who your past lovers were and the stories if they make it public also and you could look them up if they are your age or still alive also. Also if you left any money behind in banks you could get that money back and have instant access to it; however, if you left any big credit card bills, etc. you would be responsible for eventually paying those off also or settling them.
81. Another goal of the JRW Universe would be non-telepathic, non-telekinesis, non-super mind powers Utopia Enlightment in a modern-day civilization.
82. When we pray we pray to the GG. GG is the Greater Good. The Greater Good is all things that don't include any bad things, no hate, no spite, no crime, no cruelty.
83. The main rule to anything in the JRW Universe is No Cruelty, and that is a huge statement. It includes basically everything that is wrong or could be wrong. Even putting other people in danger or harm by driving with food in your hand or driving with your phone in your hand. That is also why future cars won't start until your phone is locked into your car before it starts so you can't drive with a phone in your hand.
84. If all of the people I choose to live in the JRW Universe are alive at the same time, then no more births until one dies from an accident, crime and or lack of self-preservation. Then everyone would put a pair of socks when a lucky couple gets pregnant and they find out if it will be a boy or a girl. So the event of a new person being born would be called socks and everyone would put up pink or blue socks in anticipation of a new baby coming into the JRW Universe after such an unfortunate event such as temporary R.I.P.
85. The JRW GGR, the JRW Greater Good Religion, where we praise the AKNB, outstanding persons from the present, and past, outstanding philanthropists from the past and present, outstanding teachers and professors from the past and present, the most united holidays throughout the JRW Universe including Unity Day and the following principles: Love and the Principles of Love, fairness is the center to the Greater Good, charity, forgiveness, charity, patience, empathy, patience, understanding, compassion, respect, manners, courtesies, chivalry, honor (to keep your promises), humbleness (to not have a chip on your shoulder) and responsibility. We would also discuss the role of the New Balance of Life in the Animal Kingdom we as people are also a part of and how far we have come, from gatherers to gatherers and hunters, from farmers, hunters and predators to caretakers of the AKNB and its habitats and ecosystems, and to "meat plant vegetarians", cow milk would still be allowed if extracted nicely.
86. This earth we are currently in will be: restored to a virgin state with everything in it but just about all insects, reptiles, parasites, viruses, germs will starts to die out and not come back. The ozone layer will be repaired; we will get all the land in Antarctica without any global warming. And slowly we will be moved from this part of space into the JRW Universe as our current solar system starts to change. This earth will last infinitely.
87. No mildew anywhere in the JRW Universe.
88. No algae anywhere in the JRW Universe.
89. No blindness.
90. No deafness.
91. No people without a voice, all ability to speak.
92. The goal after 1,000 years is no more suffering anywhere in any JRW Universe.
93. No mental illnesses.
94. A lot of business. All people, i.e., adults encouraged to have a small business, and especially a family businesses.
95. No prehistoric earth. No dinosaurs. Yes a planet with all of their bones of all of them with dried oceans and lakes so we can find the bones of even all of the past ocean and freshwater ones and get very accurate recreations of how they lived and existed in the past.
96. There would be new "wheels", "wheels" would be replaced with electro-magnetic-hydro-petrol-magic-block technology. For trains, autos, bikes, motorcycles, trucks, etc. Blocks of metal on the vehicle glide over blocks of metal with water rushing over the top and sucked back in by electricity made from the motion and to "start up or back up" petrol magic fuel engines. I can explain more in detail later.
97. There will be no religions of the world, or earth as we have them now in the JRW Universe, no Islam, no Christianity, no Hinduism, no Buddhism, no Taoism, etc. Only the JRW GGR. There will be no crosses. I will explain this more in detail later and give all the reasons why I don't want them there. I.e., they lead to division, competition, wars, disputes minor and major, lead to violence, lead to hate of others not like them, etc. Divisive. In my opinion none of them are part of the GG, Greater Good. We will all pray to GG instead. He will like that better and it's time for a major change for the better and new without old expectations, and associations throughout all 10 thousand religions we have now.
98. No mold.
99. Habitable space: you can breathe in it; however, you will still just "float" in space but no heat and no cold, it will be mild. If you get lost outside of your spacecraft, the police will have Teleprompter Technology to find you right away anywhere in the JRW Universe once you are reported missing; however, you should never take off your Wristband (I will explain these in detail later) or be without your phone or tracking watch for space.
100. There will be star clusters for every single lifeform that has ever existed in anywhere in our three minor universes starting with the single celled organisms, etc., each star cluster of every single life form to species will be very easy to depict unlike our current star clusters for the Horoscopes, each star will have a minor atmosphere so we can actually and eventually build rest stops, romantic get aways, snack shops, restaurants, gift shops, caffes, etc., so you can get really close to other star clusters with like popular "animals" like dinosaurs, and Bengal tigers, etc., you will be a little bit lighter on the Starstops but you will not float.
101. The New Animalia Star Clusters will have color and will be awesome, very fun to travel to very close or even on part of them and romantic as well.
102. In the JRW Universe all men and women will be straight, meaning no LGTBQ at all. In fact all men that are gay now will be women going forward in their future births and lifetimes, the same for transexuals and women.
103. The Star Clusters of all Animalia from the beginning of time in our Milky Way and Utopia minor universes will rotate around the 5-10 solar systems
104. No calamities.
105. No catastrophes.
106. No hurricanes, typhoons, tidal waves, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, twisters, dust storms, hail, ice storms, black ice, heat waves, flooding, forest fires, in any populated areas.
107. No arthritis, no bone disorders, no muscle disorders.
108. After 1,000 years in the JRW Universe anybody who commits revenge that is violent will not be born again.
109. After 5,000 years in the JRW Universe anybody that "commits" jealousy, or proven Teleprompter crimes from jealousy will not be born again.
110. Creations: Water elevators, furniture, for safety in transport vehicles and everyday living situations, Orbs, Teleprompters (with Diamond Technology), Aquarius, Stargates, Transportation gliders, wristbands that don't rely on a battery power source to pinpoint your location at all times for emergencies and in case you get lost in space and for example, Nature Parks, etc.
111. Monetary system without any inflation, nor depression, i.e., sound and steady nominal costs and profits.
112. In my JRW Universe there will be 8 promises: they are: 1. you will be Happy, 2. No Catastrophes, 3. No War (all the end of major wars will happen on the Earth we are still living in), 4. No permanent death (you are guaranteed to keep being born and one Eternal life), 5. No unsolved crime, 6. No misery, 7. No enemies, 8. No Poverty.
113. Do not be cruel, Do not be greedy unless you are willing to share some of your wealth with the "needy", Do not do anything illegal
114. We will start to have a 48-hour day, TBA-month calendar, 8 days a week with no more leap year, and the extra day will be called RecoverSat (RS) after Saturday, with Sunday being the 8th day and must go to a JRW GGR Church for two full hours minimum in your best clothes.
115. We will work towards the following: peace with our neighbors, peace with each other, love and the reciprocation of love, low to no more crime and corruption, the end of cruelty among us, respect of our natural environments, animals and eco systems and love and respect to our Greater Good.
116. No tattoos. You will have to get them removed or be advised in your new life after your next birth.
117. No NRA, no guns, rifles, machine guns, automatic rifles, no handguns of any kind anywhere in the JRW Universe. Instead, "Star Trek Voyager" type of stun guns that won't make anybody "mess" themselves, nor shock them, etc.
118. For old "gas vehicles or old electric vehicles" that don't drive themselves like Gliders and Personal Orbs, you may not have a phone, nor food, nor make up nor be distracted by anything while driving on regular roads and freeways.
119. The number one rule is: Don't be cruel.
120. Your old "gas vehicle" will not start if it senses any alcohol anywhere in the vehicle.
121. You may drink alcohol in moderation if you have an Orb (which never crash), a "glider", or a sober ride home or accept a ride home from the club or bars that must provide this service door to door, or you will not be allowed to enter the club or bar without proof of a safe ride to and from the club and or bar.
122. I want vehicles that don't start until your phone is "locked" into the car and the auto will only start when your phone is locked in the vehicle's "dashboard" and can't be taken out.
123. No more speeding with your vehicle, Orb nor Glider in non-authorized overspeed zones. You must go to places where there are no speed limits and or if in a Personal Space Orb you must go to an approved space area. House arrest for three violations in a year.
124. There must be set limits to every type of any situation where somebody is involved in a crime either victim or victimizer, gets hurt, killed or kills others if you want to sue, including for marriage.
125. There must be prenuptials before any legal wedding before the wedding, or it won't be legal.
126. There will be no more needles in JRW Space. We will utilize "Star Trek Voyager" medical technology for "shots" and IVs.
127. You must get all your vaccinations, especially for children.
128. In the JRW Universe your fingerprints, handprints and face recognition will be your "credit card" and "debit card". No more money lost by issuers and time and worry by consumers due to crime and lost cards.
129. You must go to all your preventive care health appointments including dental, eye, nose, throat, annual physicals. If you don't go the Government will withhold your tax refunds.
130. Tax refunds will be issued four times a year for each job you might have and or your personal small business.
131. You must agree to a comprehensive Health Plan.
132. There will be literally Universal Free Health Coverage for anything including eye, nose, throat, and dental, operations, vitamins and medicines.
133. As a surgeon or doctor you may not transplant or put animal "parts/organs" into a person body.
134. Your phone, wristband, or watch must be worn or carried with you at all times for medical and recreational emergencies.
135. No more "illicit market", i.e., underground market or informal economy. No unethical market.
136. You must understand all little children from all nations and all colors matter not just black lives; thus, all lives matter.
137. No bigotry, prejudice, spite towards other races or people of "other colors", i.e., skin pigmentations and no reverse prejudice either.
138. You must understand and believe "JESUS" has been black before in past lifetimes; however, he is white now because "white, Caucasian" people need the most help now to do the right thing for everybody they have influence over, including political, police, and economic.
139. Bigotry, prejudice and bullying is a crime.
140. Everybody will age more slowly and eventually have longer and longer lives then die; however, will always continue to be reborn.
141. In the JRW Universe you are promised one Eternal life, which is three thousand years long within one infinity which is one googolplex in person years with leap year long; otherwise, if you are not a habitual or violent criminal that premeditates your crimes you will just keep getting reborn.
142. No sexual harassment.
143. In the JRW Universe you do not have to be perfect. Don't be perfect. Instead be Great and Thrive.
144. There will be Avatar Technology to recreate any past event in the History of Creation, including being able to "recreate" by Teleprompter "Historical Memory", entire ecosystems of for example a 100x100 square mile prehistoric area and be able to study exactly what happened on any given day of the past dinosaur area. You can also see underwater ocean environmental and eco systems with all prehistoric life. No one will be hurt by the reenactments, and all the visuals will be absolutely accurate. Land for the largest Avatar Technology presentations will have to be set aside just for those reasons.
145. A 48-hour day. 8 days in a week, i.e., two Saturdays, i.e., a new named "Recovery Saturday". A 40-hour mandatory work week. Must work at least 20 hours a week for the Government. If you work for a corporation also for at least 20 hours a week then you not only start to get a pension from the Government after 5 years but also from the corporation. If you work for a private small business, they must start a minor pension plan after 2 years. You can also have a small business on the side on weekends also; however, on Sunday you owe the GG 2 hours of "church" time.
146. No littering. No dumping. No pollution. No hazardous waste.
147. JRW Universe will be made up of three minor universes, one will be a virgin Milky Way Universe, the size it is now, then the Utopia Universe at least half the size of the Milky Way Universe however not larger and the same for the Andromeda Universe, at least half the size of the Milky Way Universe but not larger either. Between each minor universe is JRW Space. All three universes are separated by space, and the Zodiac stars rotate around all three universes and the space between them.
148. The Earth Solar system we are in now in the Milky Way Universe will actually become two solar systems, then Utopia universe will have one solar system, and Andromeda Universe will have one solar system and finally My Pluto will be in one solar system in the center between all three of the other minor universes. My Pluto will not be in an universe so to speak; it will be in a solar system in JRW Space.
149. If anything dies it will start to decompose but will not rot. There will be no rot nor rust in the JRW Universe even from salt or salt water.
150. No atomic power.
151. No nuclear energy nor power.
152. No atom splitting.
153. No atom research.
154. I decided I am not going to introduce the "Atom Computer nor Atom Server" to your race. You will get my Teleprompters, and they tap into my Consciousness. My Consciousness is all of Space. All of Space is like all of my Mind, my Intelligence, my Experiences, and my Truths. All new any will come from my Consciousness, but I will limit you and make you go slow.
155. Sex is not the problem, violence is.
156. The Greater Good, i.e., GG is in charge, will monitor, will help all of us if we are loving to him, in touch with our inner child, respectful also in a loving honest manner, grateful, and willing to change anything that does not contribute to the Greater Good.
157. No books about murder, nor murders, no books about violence nor violent acts, no books about war, no books about crime, no television shows about crime, no movies with murders in them nor violence, no horror books, no horror movies, no horror TV, that all includes commercials, comics, toys "with" weapons, video games, and history.
158. We will start a new history. There will not be any references to our past history,
159. There will not be a new evolution, nor will people have to go through another evolution however, nobody is getting into the JRW Universe if they still hold on to a cruel and violent past, they will have to wait to be born again in the JRW Universe under my guidelines.
160. When you are born into the JRW Universe your Eternal Life will start. Three thousand years of continuous life without dying or aging too fast.
161. The current earth, solar system, and "Milky Way" universe we are in right now will not be in the JRW Universe. Instead, the original one planned will be there with a brand-new earth free of the maladies of this one and the dangers.
162. Teleprompter Technology will prevent 90% of violent crimes and the other around 10% that could still happen for a while will be corrected by sending any person who commits a violent crime to a JRW Universe Correctional Center where they will be counseled daily until the Phycological Program for Teleprompters clears them once they are cured from their core and deep problems.
163. Peace, harmony and tranquility.

The original inhabitants of any particular country, city, town or village would have Residential Rights, meaning that once the max population of any place with the original inhabitants has been reached, no new inhabitants from anywhere else would be allowed to go there, nor work there nor live there. The only exceptions would be during sporting events, vacations (tourism), VIP events, Political events, and holidays, but there would be time limits on how long they can stay. No monopolies; however, JRW is the exception to every policy and he may.
225. Anybody, i.e., any business large or small that makes more than the above net profit threshold must pay double taxes on their net profit, but they may keep the rest.
226. No hedge funds, no leveraging money, to have an IPO you must buy shares at a fair price just like everybody else and you will not have control over the business if somebody buys more shares than you.

231. Every government must pay a tax for every square mile and or kilometer of land they use, and from any resources they mine or acquire, they must pay some profits to JRW on every single transaction and square mile utilized.

The way we will get to the JRW Universe is when it "opens", we will drive on certain specific roads T.B.A., that are seldom traveled on starting in the USA and other countries, but we will NOT be allowed to bring ANY weapons, no military none, no guns, no rifles, no grenades, no tanks, no bombs, no machine guns, no AR rifles, nothing that is a weapon, and if anybody does the road will not lead to the JRW Universe anymore, it will just be a wasted trip. The government can go first and so can architects, and builders, and civilians under the direction of the police but the police may not have any weapons either. Once we get there several hours later we will not even notice until we are already there and we start to read road signs that say, "No killing any animal", "You shall not kill", "you shall not be cruel", I will cross into the JWE of the JRW Universe first with a small group and a complete residence will be waiting for me, my group leader will go back for the rest of the "first" people with coordinates of where they are supposed to go. Housing will be waiting for everybody that is initially chosen.

251. The JRW Universe consists of three minor universes: The Andromeda Universe with one solar system, the "new" Milky Way Universe with two solar systems, the Utopia universe with one solar system and the Pluto Juperworld with one solar system.

The new Milky Way Universe will have millions of earths, different sizes and each will be home to several types of animalia that will not consume one another, will not hunt one another and will not eat one another nor their young, there will be natural population control and low birth rates for traditionally animalia with high birth rates from the past, and all have symbiotic relationships with each other, all of the extinct species will be there also all 3 billion of them including 2 billion prehistoric ones with dinosaurs also throughout the two solar systems in the new Milky Way Universe. None of the earths in the new Milky Way Universe solar system earths are for personal habitation, they are only for the animalia, and for us to study, caretake and even bring hurt, old, and shunned animals back to rehabilitation zoos in one of our Utopia Juperworlds where they will be in large enclosures with glass or plexiglass where you can see in but the animal cannot see you, once brought back to health we must reintroduce them back to their natural habitat back to the earth where we got them from. The only rule is absolutely do not bring back any insects of any type unless they are already dead.

There will be underwater Orbs that can reach any depth without having to depressurize and absolutely light the entire one mile to three mile radius around them even at the greatest depths and darkness, they also never run out of oxygen because they turn the natural oxygen in the ocean or lake water into oxygen for the inside of the Orb, they also fly in the atmosphere and space.
255. The Utopia Universe will have one solar system with three Juperworlds for person habitation and two Juperearths for resources only and only for seasonal workers to temporarily live there for work only. No person habitation in the Juperearths for resources only.
256. The Andromeda Universe will be where all of our National Parks, Recreation Areas and main Tourist attractions will be in many different habitable planets around the solar system, not for permanent living unless you own a villa, condo, or vacation home there.
257. There will be no animals of any kind except benign birds that are not carnivores and fish that are not carnivores either in any Juperworld. Juperworlds are for person habitation only, some fish and some birds. The only "pets" you can have are fish and non-caged birds. Our forever homes will be in one of the Juperworlds as well in the Utopia Universe solar system. The only exception to this are the Recovery Zoos.
258. Equal pay for equal work and equal time. Everybody gets paid the same for the same amount of hours worked. Eventually you have to do every type of job, i.e., rotate. For jobs that take more training or more education you will be paid for your study and attendance time like a job. School, college and higher learning will be free and paid for by JRW Grants and the JRW Government. Some jobs weaker people can't do, but they must do something similar or equal in a job that is not as desired. For example a President and there will be 7 per Nation, gets paid the same as a software engineer or a handyman for the same amount of hours worked. The rotation period for all normal jobs is 10-20 years in any job then you must rotate, especially in JRW Government jobs and business jobs unless you also own your own business. You can make more money if you utilize more of your 48-hour day for private business or professional athletics or professional entertainment. Everyone at the legal age of working must work at least 20 hours a week for the JRW Government and your pension payouts can start after 10 years to 20 years. For big business the time is the same. You must work a minimum of 40 hours per week with breaks. The JRW Universe is all about fairness, as this contributes. to the Greater Good. Fairness is the benchmark and the system, what you do with that fairness afforded to you is your own choice, but it must be provided and offered, i.e., everybody can also get their own business, become a celebrity, be an entertainer, play a professional sport or work extra hours for extra pay and benefits.
259. There will be "caps" about and on every single type of suing for any reason. There must also be a prenuptial before every legal wedding. The maximum number of wives you can legally have is two*. There will be caps on how much any athlete can earn or how much can be charged for seats to concerts or sporting events. The fair chance is for you to have the same chance at seats for your favorite teams or entertainers as others. Remember only one million dollars net profit per small business allowed and one billion for large cap business net profits allowed per year.

All of the above not always in that order goes into the reserves of civilized countries and or whole planets for currencies like USD and Rubles, etc.
275. Every single civilized Lifeform of people must have at least one Juperworld and one Juperworldearth for resources.
276. Preventing crime, lost "lives", and cruelty: children will start school with toddler time, all of them, and it will be free. In fact you will start getting paid to go to school, attendance, progress, and grades, from toddler time, but it is not competition. Then on to kindergarten, first through 8th grade, then high school, then four-year college, then either trade school, business school, etc., or a master’s program, then a Ph.D. program. Then a full-time job. Along the way especially from grade school, high school and the early years of college all students will be kept in check from crime, bullying, and cruelty with spot checks of the Child Teleprompter Program for parents with children 20 years and younger. Parents cannot "kick" a child out of the house until after 20 years old and they may take the money a child, "earns" to pay for their expenses. If parents keep their child at home all the way to the Ph.D. completion they will get all that money instead of their child but must utilize it for the child's well-being and scholastic needs, the parents are the fiduciaries.
277. A 20 and under in age child is not an adult until they reach 21 years of age. A woman is not a woman until she gives birth and mother's at least one child. A man is not a man until he father's, at least some financial support and really good advice to at least one child.

ANY kind that comes into the Absence of Space.

JRW will have the biggest bank and offer the lowest loans for second homes, home upgrades, home repairs, initial family home purchases away from your forever home where you visit all the time or are allowed and able to work in, family and individual essential needs with the lowest rates of any credit to the lowest earners, i.e., you only work your minimum of 20 hours with the government and don't have a second 20 hours a week job, and you don't have a small business to enhance your income, or you are not a professional, i.e., athlete, musician, performer, entertainer, etc. on your spare time.
300. No traditional gambling. All gambling will be the new kind, i.e., you cannot gamble more than 1% of your weekly, monthly nor annual salary. You cannot tap into your savings. The only "casinos" will be in the Triangles, and it will be like one inclusive price of a vacation will include the raffles and prizes available daily, weekly, and monthly to win. No children allowed in the Triangles. You get chips and or a card and or a scan of your finger print to deduct a certain very small lump sum of your vacation allocated spending money no more than 5% of your total vacation money allocation that you cannot go over on once the vacation starts.
301. You cannot even gamble more than 1% or any vacation money if you are in debt of any kind with any bank, or merchant and or if you borrow any emergency money from any ATM that is approved for emergencies only including, i.e., diapers, soy milk, transportation to work, shelter, food, etc.

Also the government will control "non-profit" sales of P.M., gold, silver, precious minerals and stones, diamonds, platinum, copper, iron, aluminum, etc., with the "non-profit" sales it will fund school, peace keepers, hospitals and medical care all services head to toe inside and outside the body, all emergency services, all government services including no miss mail, keep the peace with no harm methods, etc.
303. JRW will collect minimal but fair taxes from the government for utilization of his land, resources from his land, new CREATIONS, technologies, etc. with 90% of funds going towards funding his Bank for all Citizens in the JRW Universe, and many other causes of his own choosing.
304. No inclement, nor destructive weather nor volcanic nor seismic nor fire events anywhere in the JRW Universe.
305. No vulgarities. No crassness. No over the top bathroom jokes. No personal over the top defaming body jokes about yourself or anybody else.

You must always utilize the Stargates which keep the space uncluttered and safe for everyone unless you are a peacekeeper, an emergency worker, and or cleared to do so, etc., This will also help keep teenagers from getting wild in the habitable space, i.e., leave their spacecraft for prolonged periods of time then get lost or separated from the space vehicle and or group, etc.

All the previous lifeform beings that have already found out for example all the males that were gay and all the females that were lesbian and really wanted that for themselves, they would be born either female or male and there would be and there will not be any gays, lesbians, nor transexuals nor "questioning" people in the JRW Universe. They would all get to be finally born as the sex they really wanted and often "flaunted" in public and in private. I.e., there will not be any LGTBQ+ in the JRW Universe, only "real" males or females that are only attracted to the opposite sex.
330. There will be no armies in the JRW Universe.

334. No animal traps like bear traps. Inhumane traps, etc.
335. Animals may not be hunted for their skin, nor leather, etc., There will be plants that will be just as realistic as "skin or leather" from an animal twice as durable and it won't discolor nor fade.
336. There will be Orbs, gliders and other land vehicles to drive with, automatically, or by third party tracking and or guidance. In addition to those we will still have cars like in the earth we all came from or will come from. Those traditional fuel engine autos will not start, drive nor continue being on, on if even the slightest or most minuscule amounts of alcohol are detected in the vehicle driver and front seat passenger seats. It is impossible to crash an Orb or a Glider, and they can be programed by a sober friend or bouncer to drive you home if you are drunk or even have been drinking.
337. No animal sacrifices. No sacrificing any animal.
338. No human sacrifices, not even voluntary.
339. We must all have gratitude for GOD, GG, the Greater Good which came and will come again from GOD. We must find nature, water, animals and each other sacred and important to GOD. GOD spent so much time on our tiniest details, and our overall bodies, and lives. Give thanks to GOD often and don't forget to have empathy and love for him also with respect and honesty.

Every country or every territory will have the same amount of resources as another, including direct access to the sea, oceans, rivers, lakes, streams, mountains, farm land, beaches, natural beauty of the land, forests, eco systems, environments, animals, etc. The Lands of the JRW Universe will showcase, and feature equality. And just in case all the resource land in the resource planet will be divided equally among all nations, countries and or territories.
341. Everybody in a government job must wear some kind of assigned uniform and or suit, and for the ladies also. The ladies may not wear a blouse with buttons with more than one button unfastened.
342. Decency among all layers of society in the JRW Universe is the goal. In public and in private. In private, i.e., be good role models for children, guests, and family.
343. It is highly encouraged for men to wear suits in public, and ladies to dress appropriately with dresses below the knees. No flamboyant suits. No flamboyant dress codes.
344. The only place to dress in lingerie, and or flamboyantly to a certain acceptable degree is in dance clubs, bars and adequate night spots on weekends only but not on Sundays.
345. No alcohol consumption on Sundays.
346. On Sunday you must go to Church for up to two hours, then family and friends time at residences. All bars, clubs, night spots and concerts are closed on Sundays. This is also for respect to GOD, i.e., GG. The Greater Good.
347. You must care. You must be polite. You must often humble yourself.
348. Lifeform beings will eventually find up to three complete Tables of Elements , i.e., all 354 chemical elements by their atomic number, including the one they have now that will not lead to telepathy nor clairvoyance nor dangerous of AI.

All animalia will only eat varieties of meat plants in their own assigned earth, living among other animalia that they will not consume, but will have symbiotic relationships with and coexist without eating one another. However Lifeform beings have to be careful to never put animalia together in a group that used to eat one another.

352. No violent cartoons like Looney Tunes, i.e., Tom and Jerry. Most of Nickelodeon is ok.

356. Women must wear dresses and shorts below the knees, and men must wear shorts below the knees also and trousers that are not flamboyant nor with holes in them. If you cannot afford new nice clothing then that would be a reason to borrow money also.

The first Orbs and Gliders that will be discovered and built will have mechanical parts and need upkeep and service efforts, eventually the JRW Orb will come about and no more mechanical parts, and yes the speed of light underwater, 10 light speed of light in space for Orbs and for Gliders they will improve and not even need any P.M. to run. They will both be indestructible and impossible to crash or for anything to crash into them.

None of this document nor folder that it is in, i.e., none of the statements, i.e., sentences, meanings, nor excerpts are the opposite in any which way nor form, in any language, communication, symbolism, repetition, final words, Alien ways none not any are the opposite. Nothing about the JRW Universe is the opposite of what is written and originally meant.

Maybe more ideas about a financial market like the NASDAQ and or Dow Jones that has limits on the quarterly and annual profits of any business except JRW's and any businesses that utilize their extra profits for any future non-profits. They would also get double in taxes for every billion they go over the threshold. Ideas?
